Returns

All items are non-refundable, except for any faulty or damaged merchandise. If you have received goods that have been damaged en route to you, please call our customer support number within 48 working days of receiving the item.

Postage and Delivery

At Wargames Inc, we believe in making our postage costs as fair as possible, providing the best possible service for our UK and International customers.

Packaging
All items come well packaged to ensure that your item reaches you in excellent condition.

Postage (UK)
All items are sent via Royal Mail and should be with you within 2-3 days. For a limited time postage is free and we will be able to offer faster postal services for a fee.

Collection
If ordering for collection from our store, your order will be ready for collection the next working day after placing your order. Should you require your order the same day please call our customer sales number to confirm that your order is available to collect.

All items are to be collected from our Loughborough store. Also please note that customers are responsible for all costs associated with reaching the store and we will not reimburse any travel costs for orders that are not ready for collection, neither do we accept any responsibility for damage to items once they have left the store.
